We understand that managing the multitude of alterations from your stakeholders can be difficult. AND if not managed well, can add costs to your project.
We recommend clients consider using text mark-ups or annotations in Adobe Acrobat to note their alterations. These work much like track changes in Microsoft Word. They allow you to make various annotations, highlight text, remove and add text. You can do this on Acrobat Reader, Acrobat or Acrobat Pro.
Doing this allows you to clearly commmunicate your intentions back to your design agency, reducing the risk or misingterpreteations, error and reducing those costly alteration charges!
