It’s been just a couple of weeks since the Key2, a creative force for good team decided to implement our work from home (WFH) plan in support of the #socialdistancing response to the COVID-19 crisis.
We’ve all taken to our new workspaces, be they in the kitchen, a study, spare room or the LEGO room. And, I’m pleased to say we’ve been working just as efficiently and effectively as ever.
Sure, we miss the office chit chat and banter, the group ‘work in progress’ huddles we have each morning, the opportunity to hover around a colleague’s computer whilst providing feedback, the creative brainstorms around the kitchen table … or just the creative distraction (read procrastination) of watering our lovely garden, or sitting on the balcony for a ‘cuppa and think’.
In fact, we miss all of that heaps!
But. Despite the challenges we are all facing, together, as a community … the team at Key2 are getting it done. We’re mowing through just as much work as usual (perhaps in some cases, a little more;) and importantly, our priorities remain the same.
To care and support our TEAM, our CLIENTS and our COMMUNITY.
We are the same. We are still here for you … and we’re here for good!
We are aware though that we’ve been very lucky so far and that for many businesses, many of our friends and clients and of course so many in our community this is a particularly difficult and troubling time.
We stand ready to assist and support you, your team and our community in any way we can, so please reach out … and let’s put some love back in the world!
We’ll keep you updated if there are any changes in our capacity, but for now … we’re all still here.
