It’s business as usual at Key2 (with just few tweaks ;)
The creative team at Key2 are keeping a close eye on the COVID-19 updates and recommendations from the Australian Government and Department of Health.
Despite these crazy and unprecedented times … our priority remains the same.
To care and support our TEAM, our CLIENTS and our COMMUNITY.
We are here for you … and we’re here for good!
We are taking every step we can to ensure the health and safety of our team, families and clients, whilst ensuring that we can provide continuity of our services to those we serve.
We don’t anticipate any disruption to our service offering at this time.
Should the need arise for us to work from home, we’re good to go! We don’t anticipate any disruption to our service offering at this time. Our systems allow for our team to work remotely in a ‘business as usual’ fashion, so you can interact with us just as you usually would and so we can continue to provide the fantastic work you’ve come to expect as well as the connected experience of our service that you’ve come to love.
We are aware that for many of our clients this is a particularly difficult time, especially for our clients in the health, aged and disability care sector and those that care for the most vulnerable in our community.
We stand ready to assist and support you, your team and community in any way we can, so please reach out
… and let’s put some love back in the world!
Stuff we’re doing to keep safe
At this is a time of uncertainty, there are a measures we can all take to help slow the spread of the virus within our community to protect ourselves and others.
Here are just some of the approaches our team are taking to ensure we keep each other safe and to reduce our circle of contact with others:
- Social distancing – we are giving each other space in the studio and in the community
- Personal hygiene – we’ve been advocates for good personal hygiene forever – wash your hands people!
- Office hygiene – we’re cleaning and disinfecting communal areas and our workstations on a regular basis
- Food handling and sharing – sadly, we’ll be avoiding one of our favourite pastimes … sharing food or a bit of wine n cheese on a Friday arvo (the struggle is real!)
- Client meetings – where possible, we’re holding meetings via video conferencing or telephone
Our magnificent team members have also committed to refrain from attending large events and to practice social distancing when they are out of the office to help keep our studio and our community safe.
If individuals should come into contact with anyone with suspected COVID-19 or anyone has recently returned from overseas, they are committed to self-isolate for 14 days. And, should the need arise, the entire Key2 team are set-up to work remotely.
What can you do?
Aside from following the current health guidelines, we’ve had a few proactive clients already thinking about how they can maximise this time when they may be a little quieter (through cancelling events or suspending of some services, for example).
Some clients have discussed taking this time to update old templates, collateral, or even to review their website or brand identity … if this is something you and your organisation would like a hand with, we’re here to help.
We’ll keep you updated
We’ll keep you updated if there are any changes in our capacity, but for now … we’re all still here.
We are here for you … and we’re here for good!
