Pardoo Beef Corporation were recommended to Key2 to assist and guide them in achieving their vision, to transform the Pilbara pastoral industry, capitalising on growing Asian demand for clean, healthy and traceable food products, developing the Pilbara beef industry so as to provide reliable, safe and secure supply of ultra-premium Wagyu beef for discerning Asian markets.

The How

Key2 worked with the Pardoo Beef Corporation chairman and owner Bruce Cheung and his team, to develop a brand identity for both their beef business and their Pardoo Station tourism business.

We assisted and guided the Pardoo team in the effective communication of their business plans, developing a 'Vision Book' to excite and inform the projects key stakeholders and government officials of the grand scale and opportunity the project represented.

Further to this Key2 assisted Pardoo with design and development of key reports such as their Land Tenure document, Business Plan, First Growth Handbook and Exclusively Pilbara brochures.

Key2 also designed and developed websites for both the Pardoo Beef Corporation and Pardoo Station tourism business.

The Outcome

Through effective communication of their bold vision to the relevant stakeholders, Pardoo Beef Corporation secured the necessary funding, water rights and land tenure to move forward in their plans to transform the Pilbara pastoral industry.
